I know I know
It's been a long time! Life is extremely hectic. For those of you that have been living under a rock and haven't heard, I transferred to Clemson for this semester. And it has been A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! For those of you that end up reading this and aren't blessed enough to know the eternal love of Jesus Christ, I cannot express to you how amazing it is to make a hard decision that God told you make and then have him bless you incredibly by doing it. Of course things at Clemson are not perfect, because nothing is ever perfect. But I can feel God all around me as I'm growing and changing. My friends from home have been a huge blessing in this huge transition. As always, my two best friends Kristin and Beth Anne have been the most amazing and supportive friends anyone could ask for. They never fail in telling me where something is or helping me figure out how to do something and I love them so much for it.
Another huge blessing from God has been him completely working out my rooming situation in a miraculous and awesome way. I was very fortunate to live with one of my good friends from high school, Lauren, and two other very nice girls named Elise and Anne Marie who are both really awesome. I know God has performed a magical work in all of this because in high school, Lauren and I had a lot of very big difference on a lot of issues and we sometimes were downright not fond of each other. Wow, those days are over. Lauren has grown up into an awesome women of God that I am glad to call not only my roommate, but one of my best friends. If God can fix our situation for his glory, I mean he can fix anything!
I'm trying to slowly get involved in things I think will be good ways for me to meet people and seek after christ. Tuesday I went to my first Navigators meeting and i LOVED it. Everyone was very friendly and God was definitely there! I'm really excited to go back next week and start knocking out Romans! Then last night i went to my first Clemson FCA. It was CRAZZZZZY amazing! Worship was just an incredible expierience and then Brad Cooper, the youth pastor at Newspring, came up and spoke and it was an amazing word of God. It was an awesome reminder that we have to SELL-OUT to Jesus and everything in this world was made as an act of worship!
So that's an update on me pretty quickly, I will try really hard to be more faithful to this blog because when you have examples of how faithful God has been to me, It's pretty hard to not be faithful to something as silly as a blog!
