I can't wait to go back to Furman on Monday! I really feel God moving in my heart about some big things that I have been wrestling with since the beginning of last year. Even though I am weak and silly and always a sinful little human, God is PERFECTED in my weakness and could do immeasurably bigger things than I can do alone! God has been blessing me with things that I didn't realize I wanted this summer which has been awesome. I got two A's in my summer school classes which was such a gift because it made me realize that I can do the work and that even though ADHD has been a huge stumbling block in my life that I can overcome it with the help of God, my family, and my friends. Over and over again God has blessed me with two amazing best friends but especially right now, Beth Anne is supremely owning the best friend area. BA, if your reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH for being the most amazing best friend who is willing to listen and talk to me even when I am being irrational or crazy. God could not have blessed me with a better best friend and I CANNOT wait to come to clemson to celebrate your 20th birthday! I just can't get over how good this summer was because of God even though I thought it was going to be terrible.
And since I know you read this blog, Thanks a lot Mom and Dad for being so awesome this summer and really trying so hard to listen to what I have to say and helping me in every way you can. Even though I don't say it a lot, I am eternally grateful for everything that ya'll have done for me and the sacrifices that ya'll have made for me. You are the best parents I could ever ask for.
God is good all the time and ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!

I think this is important.
No matter what your stance on alcohol, i think this is a really cool start from Perry so everyone can either be affirmed in their stance or have their mind totally blown by God. so check it out here
And I don't think I can say this enough, but I really love my church and I cannot wait for membership class in the fall. God has really been answering some prayers regarding this and I am so excited!
Oh and just a funny quote from the sermon...
*whiny voice*'Well the bible says you shouldn't have it (tattoos)'
"Well the bible also says you shouldn't wear cloth of two different materials, so if your wearing cotton and linen this morning your going to hell too, Welcome to Newspring."
hahahahaa
